Online store CrowdyHouse’s mission is to democratize the design industry by helping creatives and makers sell directly to design enthusiasts worldwide. Studio& developed the brand’s new identity, including the logo, business cards, website, flyers, banners, advertisements, linen bags, T-shirts and exhibition graphics. In addition, we art-directed the imagery and films that illustrate different categories online. The logo is playful and can be used in a number of ways. The patterns are derived from the name Crowdy (crowded) – a full house filled with form, and the motif used inside or outside of the house can be altered. For the logo’s main icon we designed a building with a slanted roof, which represents a factory (creating) or a house (living), combining the maker and consumer in one image.
